V_model does not work

I like it, but i want blue shift support.

I actually think the Beretta handgun fits Black Mesa more than it did the original half life. The latter's viewmodel made the gun look like a chunky, oversized water pistol and didn't fit the "blocky" 1998 aesthetic. However, with the higher polycount and better graphics, it's now an alternative that can rival the vanilla Glock.

The gun has ataxophobia. I presume it’s a feature.

Was going through a good chunk of the game with this, is it just me or does blood not splatter all over the weapon? I noticed Gordon's hands get all icky, but the gun remains clean even when something should splat all over it.

Yes, the mod is fine, just learn how to setup a custom folder and manually install the mods, and it should work.

Extremely broken. Don't install. It's model is broken, and when I uninstalled it, it still was there.

l love this M9 Model but the fire sound is glock 17 from this game and it hold 17 rounds instead of 15 rounds

I wish the Beretta could be added as an additional custom weapon dropped by HECU, while the Glock was still in the game.

Is the "draw sound" only applicable to first getting the weapon?

I love the M9 in other games, but in this it kinda hurts me since the retextured HL1 pistol model was an M9 and it was so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I liked the Glock and its sounds better

I can record my M9 for you to get better sounds for it. The slide release and magazine swap is definitely not accurate to the M9 in the mod. Berettas have a very unique sound to them.

The firing sound is unchanged, the reload sounds were made by IIopn to sync up with his new animations.

If you can’t hear the reload/draw sounds, type “snd_restart” in the console.

What is the pistol supposed to sound like when it fires and reloads? It sounds like the glock to me...

@PinPan I had this issue while testing it, unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod fixed it. It also happens for some other weapon mods like Thanez's SPAS.

And the in-game modlist doesn't really work, you have to go into the game and see if the model is changed to confirm it works.
