It is up to date. Sometimes Steam is being dumb and do not update automatically mods you have. Try to unsub and resub to force it to do it.

All of my resource Depots have 0 stock of everything now. Maybe a 2.0 issue?

Already visited system can take some time before the ammount of resource is updated. New system should be affected directly tho. Last time I played, not so long ago, it was working correctly. Are you sure the mod is enabled in your mod list ?

just installed, the stations still only have normal ammounts, checked a new system i havent been to and its the same, does it take some time or a new save?
