@NorthDaProducer: glass or not glass, that is the question !
I think I would see at the moment of realization.
Single building, the file should be 4 to 5 mb...
With glass option:
- 1 main building (4 to 5 Mb), may be 5.000 tris
- 1 SUB for the glass (around 2Mb, may be 2.000 tris
- 1 SUB for interior (4 to 5 Mb), may be 1.500 tris
2 or 3 weeks work... or more !

For the creation
- 3d model: free program Blender [www.blender.org]
- texture: free program Gimp [www.gimp.org]
Youtube for tutorial
and above all: a lot of patience and research !!

@Luminou: You have made my day, Sir! IDK anything at all about 3d modeling, but it seems to me that if you made the glass panels transparent, you would also have to model an interior? As amazing as that would be, I would assume that would make for a rather large file size? Maybe a mixture of both? Transparent on the sides and opaque from the roof down or vice versa? Whichever would be more efficient. Especially on something that is similar in design to the model you are currently working on. Really excited to see what you come up with! Can't Wait!😃

@NorthDaProducer: this is exactly the type of building I like to build ! Modern and design.
The question is whether the surfaces should be transparent or not... then it is no longer the same conditions of realization !!
For the moment, i work on a similar model:

I will modify the basic template by changing only the back part.
The original will remain as it is, the new one will be a copy of the campus vanilla template (certainly based on the "Basketball Arena")
... I should be able to do that in the next few days ; )

Le bâtiment du fond m'a tapé dans l'oeil, celui avec la piste de ski à son sommet. Est-ce de toi ou d'un autre créateur?

ça me met aussi un message d'erreurs avec ton asset en boucle alors que tous tes autres assets marche.

@Jokeriini: peut être qu'un autre asset porte un nom similaire (?)
Les fichiers utilisés pour cet asset sont sous la forme:
- arenaladefense_* ou arenaladefense_lod_* pour les textures
- Arena La Defense SUB 1 (2, 4)
Mais je pense qu'il ne devrait pas y avoir de conflit à ce niveau là
Essaie de te désabonner et de te ré-abonner (?!)

ça me met une erreur en boucle avec ton assets, toutes les autres de la défense fonctionnes mais pas celle la, après j'ai 1700 assets donc ça peut aussi venir d'un conflit avec une autre

Majunga looks really cool too. J'ai besoin d'aller un jour a voir les immeubles de La Defense! J'allais a Paris mais c'etait pour tourisme dans une classe de francais. Nous n'allions pas a La Defense et j'ai pu voir La Grande Arche seulement de loin.

- La tour "Majunga" est en cours, mais le résultat obtenu ne me plait pas trop, j'ai encore besoin d'y travailler.
- La tour "Defense 2000" semble assez facile à reproduire et devrait pouvoir être réalisée assez facilement (+1 sur ma liste !)
- La tour "D2" est un sacré challenge et me semble de loin être la plus interressante ! Je vais m'arracher les cheveux à la faire... et va y avoir gros en terme de tris !!

Pour le moment je fais une escale à Genève avec le bâtiment "Japon Tabacco International" [sketchfab.com]qui devrait être dispo très prochainement ; )

....et enfin, j'ai eu dernièrement une demande pour un "gros" projet...la gare de CANFRANC
+ toutes les corrections dues à la mise à jour...
Bien occupé quoi !!

Salut Luminou, j'ai trouvé de nouvelles recommendations à te faire pour La Défense, il y a la Tour Majunga, la Tour D2 ou alors la Tour Défense 2000, la quelle de c'est recommendations tu préfères le plus 😁🙂😉 ?
