I added energy and this thing worked.
but why then the insufficient energy was displayed as a false? because of this, I thought that the gun broke as it was with all beam weapons after 1.194

Yes, it seems that the block emissives are indeed white when built, I will try to fix that.
Also I completely forgot about build states, that will have to be done as well...

"consumption is 0, charges are 0"
That probably means you don't have enough power. You need atleast 475MW to start charging it, or 750MW for faster charging (I should've put this in the mod description here, will do this now)

Also, it's normal for charges to be at 0 at the start, it will increase once accumulated power reaches the maximum.

after construction, the gun is white. the interface says that consumption is 0, charges are 0, insufficient energy is false. cannon just stands and does nothing. mexpex after 1.194 had the same problem, he fixed it.

It needs a lot of power to be charged in survival

This mod sound awsome i have played robocraft. But sadly it isnt as good as it once were cause of the game mode changes and remove of the tier system i miss that thing on the old days of the game
