Nah, no way he's a droid. too fast. I believe he is an ASI (Artificial Super-Intelligence). That would mean he could make these mods in seconds as easily as we breath.

I never expected to play this mod again, really miss it, the mutations where really cool and in general I liked the various drugs.

This mod is interesting. Might pick it up for updating textures and rebalancing.
