It is not a misc quest kids just ask you to do that when you cast something

there's a really small misc quest linked to this- Dagny gives it, in Rivewood... She'll ask you if you can turn people invisible, and she will want you to turn either her or the boy invisible. It's been months since, so I don't know if Beth removed it or eh. But there.
