The scale of this thing alone deserves five full hubbas... I can't say I'm a fan of designs that put, um, 3,200 thrusters on the inside and all of the jucy good stuff such as cargo, refineries, and several incredibly long chains of assemblers out for any SPRT Assailant to shoot up. Had a little trouble finding my way inside until I realized that there were drop-shafts missing from the launch toob area and there were black-ringed entrance tubes on the ruf. Lag improved dramatically when I switched the damn thing OFF. =\

My AMD APU A10-7850 @ 30% overclock running dual graphics with a R9 only drops to 50FPS. I'd like the pods to retrack but I can understand the difficulty in that. Awsome work!

Yeah, the game obviously can't handle anything this size yet. Somehow your GPU gets saturated at 12 fps and no amount of lowering the settings makes it go away. My guess is that the ALU gets overloaded with triangles or something.

Pretty much unusable: takes a good 5 minutes to load and kills your framerate stone dead.

Holy crap, the nose of your viper looks a lot like the one I made, haha! Nice work. Beautiful Galactica, I'm currently on a build of my own. So far, with just the frame, no flight pods, no interior except 5 primary decks, it's 15 reactors and 30 placeholder engines, it's weighing in at over 250 million kilograms. I want to check out what you've done with this, so you got a sub. Nice work!

With the new update with the functional gattling cannons makes it near impossible to use this because the number of cannons.

hey! n tipp: pass doch die startrohre der vipers an sodass die diese schöne dreiecksform haben, adde n paar artificial masses oder wie die dinger heissen bei den vipers und bau grav-generatoren in die startrohre ein deren feld du dann richtig anpasst, dann die viper in die rohre, die ausgleichdüsen aus, n kleiner schubs und die schwerkraftgeneratoren sollten dich rauskatapultieren.. :D die idee setz ich grad um bei nem anderen schiff und es klappt wunderbar!

It seems that the standard models for blocks are more complex than they need to be as block for viewing purpose due to the damage engine, so if your model is just for show you could try this.

note: i haven't tried it, but the comments seem promising.

FINAL UPDATE... until they make an Option like "graphics:low" or an optional shader or improve somehow else the performance... I can't work on this anymore cause of my framerate... BUT... SHE CAN FLY NOW!!!... So the exterior is ready, the pods are ready... You can even find a way from the hangar to the interior of the ship... on the inside there are the engines hidden... There is a cockpit in the middle of the bridge between the pods and a cockpit in the big engine on the back, outside... you can get into the ship over the sidepods, or over the a-bomb-launchers on the top af the battlestar....Have fun... I want to finish my ship, so I hope the will improve performance soon.... SO SAY WE ALL
