Mmmm might be my new favorite tanker. I use a heavily modified version of the AST and this looks closer to what I aim for.

@Monstertruck I usually don't use ships off of the workshop since I build my own designs, but I've made an exception for this one. This ship looks amazing, and I'm absolutely going to be taking some design cues from it in the future.

I run a company in a survival RP server that sells bulk quantities of Hydrogen and Uranium, and a ship like this is perfect. Only real change I had to make is add more thrusters so it can fly on the 2.5G hell world where all the Uranium is and give it a paint job to match my other ships.

Everything is piped up to function as smooth as possible. I didn't want to create problems down the line for users.

Does it keep the "product" separate from the "fuel"?

It's hard to make a good looking industrial ship but this ship looks great.

@klootviool14nl Nice work building it in survival. Some retrofitting should be doable to make it even more usable in survival than just transporting hydrogen.

ive built this ship on a survival server, and with a few modifications (read 15 downwards facing thrusters) it is perfectly capable of flying on triton (1.00 G of gravtiy) and take off from it. love the ship and it wasnt too hard too weld. although its challengeing to fly arround in a pvp server since 1 good place shot will set of the biggest explosion one has ever seen

You ought to be REALLY proud of yourself. This is by far one of the best designed ships i have ever seen. From the interior decor to the interior lighting, all the way to the external catwalks, this is truly one of the best ships I have EVER seen on this workshop

Can you transform this ship into a tanker? I see similarities ^_^ Imagine it was decomissioned vessel that ended up in wreckyard and some civil's toke it and retrofit it into a hydro tanker ^_^

Still, a very good ship from the looks of it. If I were to edit the ship to be interplanetary, would you like to have and post the design? All I'd ask is a small note for the edit.

@Chaos Theory, no. It can manage 0.2g to 0.3g angled horizontally. It can land upright, vertically. It's designed for space only.

HUBERT, I'd like to, but the ship would break completely without the dlc blocks. They are a huge part of this ship, and for a reason. They're great additions. So sadly, I cannot.

My advice would be to support Keen and get the dlc :)
Worth it in the long run.

@TIF Yes, but most of them were old, outdated and of varying quality. I had no other ships made like this. Will try to make some more and keep this level of visual quality.

This ship is actually good, It have provide facilities needed to live.

btw, the color of bathroom in cabin-7 and cabin-3 seems different from other cabins.

This ship looks very nice, I am a big fan of your very smooth and flush use of blocks to create a tanker with a very civilian look to it.

Ok

1. Connect target ship to one of the three tanker connectors.
2. Set target tank in target ship to "stockpile".
3. Watch target tank get filled up in seconds.

There is also settings on the tanks on the tanker ship that can be messed with to drain from the desired tanks. You can for example turn off all tanks, except the one you want to drain from momentarily, etc. And make sure "stockpile" isn't ticked on the tank you want to drain from.

Might just be me bout how would you move the hydrogen from grid to gird?

This is good enough to be a vanilla encounter.
