Vanilla Events Expanded has some events that are really long. I also definitely want to make an environmental-only mode.
Also can you make this mod compatible with the Dynamic Colony mod (where you can set the max numbers of colonists you can have). I hate having more than 10 colonists, and every story teller in this mod gives you 20+ eventually.
I'm enjoying it so far, but right now she throw at me event after event (raid, mech cluster, map event sun blocker) : as soon as I'm done with one, I don't even have 2 hours in game before I got another one.
Reading this you might think "Oh, that's a little too much" but in practice since I get raid so often they aren't that strong.
That make it really more interesting compared to vanilal story telling (that is way more static). I really recommend people giving it a try. :)
Also thumbs up for the non-meme storytellers in this mod : variety never hurts. Finally (and obviously) thank you for sharing this mod with us.
It could be a very interesting way to play the game.
In the mean time I'll go poke around in the code and see if there's anything unusual.
Maybe the latter was making all the trade opportunities be Orbital Trade Ships and I just didn't see them because I never got to the stage where I could set up orbital beacons?
