tek armour boost crashes the game

Can not play. i crash when l use tek fictions need elements

Can not play, in addition to the copy level, equipment part-time defense, in addition to the helmet effect can be used, can not fly, can not super jump, can not speed, or even can not stay in the air, it is recommended to repair, really like this module

@Alexander I'd advise against using this version of the mod, I've made an updated version that shouldn't cause crashes like this one does.

@leex18 same here. Just hope I'm able to sort through getting the server back up and stable again enough to uninstall and replace with UTMD (character had on old megatek armor with MT3 attributes, had to get rid of that before could start game and keep it stable)

@The White Tyger after the current update they did not roll back the buff new restrictions but as the author Flamegazza stated he is developing a new version which is a blessing that we can wait patiently. it is not only here that is suffering as a lot of the mods that is related to tek chestpiece and leggings are affected. some have update such as Cybertek while Uptek is creating from the new one to try and replace the others. but I still love Flamegazza's megatek X thus I will wait patiently.

@leex18 is this still occuring? I've run into the same problems, but on "TheIsland" and can't use any suit buffs without crash. Assumed it was due to overnumbered amount of large mods, but it's a real thing in the MegaTek(3 or X & just found X today)

Was hoping this would be the fix we would need. RIP Tek Armor, right as I FINALLY acquire it, ofc. My luck, xD

nope after testing it is still broken. the new update did not change or help revert the settings.

Ark is updating today and hope they change the settings to allow the buffs to return to normal. good luck.

@Gibberish Q the tek pants when activate with super speed also use the same buffs as the jetpack and therefore broken. whenever the buffs activate that is what cause the crash. this goes for the original tek federation exo suit in genesis 2. even if they don't want to fixed for our mod they will have to fix for the tek federation suit in genesis 2 and that ties in with megatek x mod. regardless they will have to fix it else genesis 2 is broken.

I have made an official bug report in the game bug report board and noticed that the tek federation suit in genesis 2 is completely broken and players in genesis 2 is reporting it. I figure the megatek x mod might be related to the federation exo suit or at least share the same buffs. lets wait for the game dev to fix it in the next update.

@leex18 I found the tek pants also crash it when trying to go super speed without the jet pack. I have had no issues with the other armor or weapons.

I have opened a topic in the bug report and exploits in the discussion page in ark and titled: 356.1 crash bug report.
if anyone wish to add on the report can post there to help push up the alert for the game devs to see into the issue.

To help push the game devs to look into rolling back some world buff ticks we can go to the discussion page in ark survival and under section bugs report and exploits and start a post with our crash bug report and notify them of our love for this mod and wish to retain it and maybe the game devs can work out a way to allow us to use this mod for our play on the next update.

The only affected crash is the jetpack. apart from that the other items and equipment are still useful apart from the flamethrower. Personally I am keeping the mod running while i look into another tek suit to substitute the crashing jetpack.

After having a chat with Flamegazza and looking into the crash report. the crash occurs when a world tick buff comes into effect when the jetpack is activated. 356.1 update has rate limit the world buff tick and this could be the cause of the crash. Flamegazza does not have the original mod files anymore and can't make any further adjustments to fix this mod. the only thing we can do is maybe provide the crash report to the game dev and hoping they may rollback on the buff that affects the crash. or try looking at other tek suit mods that have similar abilities as Flamegazza's megatek x mod.

your mod is broke every time i try to use the chest piece in the water in my server the server crashes and your mod won't let the boots be put on your player

I tried with just the chestpiece alone and it still crashes. pressing space to jump boost crashed. drop from any height and press shift to hover crashes as well. Going back to vanilla or other tek mod chestpiece is working. no idea what code in megatek x chestpiece cause the game to crash or what changed in the 356.1 fixed that crashes it. maybe a coolddown or something else. wrote to Flamegazza in discord about this bug and maybe he can fix this.

i upgraded the boots to ascendant and maxed the armor out and i can wear the boots

Hi Flamegazza! Thanks for the amazing mods! Does this new version of your "MegaTekV3" mod, still have the equipment such as the tek generator that doesn't require fuel and has a larger range? I'm on single-player mode on "The Island" right now so this is just what I was looking for! Do i need to subscribe to both mods for keeping your enhanced tek generator in your previous mod? Hi, I don't know if you're still monitoring this, but I think it would be amazing if you could update this so the new mjolnir skin worked on the mega tek sword too.

Mek transformation into Mega Mek does not work correctly. Eventually, the Mek just disappears. Mega Mek does not appear.

Can you add unlimited cruise missiles ？

Flamegazza, thank you for a wonderful mod! Could you please add auto turret mode to a Megatek Mek and INI. file where we can change some parameters? And the last question. Are you planning to add a TEK grenade launcher to the MEGATEK weapon list? Possibly with a nuclear warhead. :)

mod doesn't show in the list of mods on battlematrics when searching for servers that use it. Is there a currently list of servers that use this mod?

I can't seem to unlock the pants or chest piece engrams for Tek armor with this mod installed and if I unlock it without this mod and reinstall the mod it locks again
