I am going to use this mod and will see if it works to my needs or atleast close to it.
So far this is the only mod coming very close to what I am looking for.

I can't see any hosting service having issues with this..

You dont need to do any server side setup at all it's all player managed through the structure.

How would one set this up on a server hosted through something like say, G-Portal? I know how to make webhooks and what not, but I don't know how hosts would react to this.
