Seems like the issue is cleanslate, the bug occurs when its loaded with it.

Right now when i use the mod count level heraldry for Japan doesnt work

You're probably aware by now, but Tianxia finally released 14.0.0. Should I expect to see this updated anytime soon, or should I assume you're done with this specific mod?

Try moving the gfx directories from the content packs to the Tianxia directory itself, in case of dependency chain problems.

I've been testing with 13.0.1 (updated description) and the content pack from the first post.

Ah, so 0.1.1. is the current beta version, but 13.0.1. is the current Alpha version. It's confusing because the Beta isn't linked in Silversweeeper's description but the Alpha is, and the Alpha version's latest update was released almost a year after the Beta's.

Viet, Korean, Ainu, and Japanese male characters are all nude and I still can't figure out why. Is it not compatible with the latest version? I notice it says version 0.1.1. in the description when the current version is 13.0.1. I thought maybe enabling all of the content packs would fix it but it didn't do it. No other mods enabled.

The clothes from Tianxia's Japanese/Korean and Ainu portraits are used and those add-ons should be active.

You can look inside the mods directories or zip-archives to see the files in them.

The submosd requires one the main Better Looking Garbs mods active to set up the portraits.
