As for the vanilla Aztec invasion starting locations, I believe the options are Vestisland (1), Connacht (9), Inse Gall (35), Cornwall (31), Cornouaille (104), Bordeaux (149), Coruna (156), Silves (162), Tangier (841), and Anti-Atlas (845). It would probably be possible to add more locations, but I have not looked at the files in a while so I am not sure.

I'm not sure what would be causing your error to happen. I did not touch anything related to the Sunset Invasion AI in this mod as far as I know, so it may be from a different mod. I'll let you know if I figure anything else out. Thank you for your comment!
one thing i didnt like (but dont try and change it cause its nothing game breaking or meaningful to change) is all the events still went in the direction that i wasnt aztec (which i was also the nahul ethnicity and culture) so that was kinda annoying but still one of the best mods on the workshop
And yeah, you are right, from the rules, Seljuq is the only one left.
early crusades/jihads/GHW is already a mod so why make a new one
