The "puzzle" that is traversing a long hallway to press a button that shuts off an obstacle -- isn't very complex, and gets old after the 2nd or 3rd time. The beauty of Portal is that you "think with portals" and defy moving in straight lines, despite what your eyes seem to be telling you.
