I've noticed that this asset doesn't appear in the Unique Buildings category when playing the game. As it turns out, when I opened up the asset editor, the building was set to "Asset Editor" in the Availability tab of the asset. Setting it to "All" fixed the problem.

@Didactic, if you're still active in the workshop for C:S, you might want to fix this one little issue, that's all.

Thank you, Didactic for restoring this asset alongside Pathe! Cinema. I remember these two being available in the workshop a few years ago until they suddenly disappeared for no reason. These assets look good in my Canadian-styled Borealian cities.
