You can, and must do that when using mods, however official DLC get detected automatically.
Calling dlc turds, highlighting the fact is just unnecessary.

I see, I thought you could select the requirements when uploading something.

No1 started any drama yet and I don't feel the need to state my disappointment in Keen in workshop comments,
I just thought I'd let you know about the missing dlc listing.
(And as I never uploaded anything on the SE workshop I didn't know it was happening automatically)

Game lists them automatically onto the required DLC list on the right side. Not sure why it doesn't in this case but as you can clearly see the antenna kind of gives it away.

I am not a particular fan of chopping blocks to DLC but could we keep the workshop clean of that drama please...

You forgot to add all of the (specifically the turd) necessary dlcs
