There are four props needed for this lighthouse (2x fences, sign and ticket booth) and they all seem to be broken or missing.
So skip this one.

Awful and incomplete... Most CS players go through a lot of trouble to get their game streamlines so that it works well, this asset is therefore horrific... It's missing tons of assets used to build the lighthouse. Would be nice if the creator would list the required assets so we can download them prior to download, installing then having to de-activate this mess. <digresses in disgust>

This is due to the original asset having a props added in asset editor and them being linked into renewcom's account (now deleted) - these prop links no longer exist. However as mentioned before I included the missing props within the download. BUT you will have to add them yourself, either in the asset editor or directly in game using named MODS above.

I searched, writes the message "missing" on the loading screen, the lighthouse is placed without fences and a house

search local (they have been included within the asset download) as listed above

It is also possible to add the missing props to a hide list within the ‘Loading Screen MOD’ if you find them annoying

Hi,
I am aware that ‘the screen loading MOD’ will report the props as missing. When RENEWCOM first listed this asset the props were added within the asset editor.

He posted the props as individual listings – these have all been deleted by the author.

HOWEVER when I reposted these assets the original props were included within the download, these can be found by searching for them within your game with using an appropriate MOD.

For example the ‘Search Box Mod’ or 'Find It! Mod'

Once located, you can either replace them in the Asset Editor or in game with the MODS listed above.

I'm also missing props when loading the lighthouse. LSM shows I need the following however Steam gives an error page for these items:

Cape Hatteras Lighthouse-ticket
CapeLighthouse_fence3
CapeLighthouse_fence8
CapeLighthouse_sign

Yeah, all the extra props fail to load according to Loading Screen Mod
