same as Gunny555. This mod breaks Bandit audio

For some odd reason, when I use this skin mod, Bandit Warriors just start shouting very quickly like an alarm when in combat which is very odd, without the skin mod the shouts sound like death screams. I don't think you can fix it as this is just a skin mod, but it is something I just noticed when playing as Bandits.

I do love all your skin mods though and the variety they add to the game though.

Enjoy a well deserved break! I'm able to use it in every other facet of the game, it's an issue specific to bandit warriors. It is an enigma as to its cause, and could be anything from extreme unit sizes to even the current patch, classic CA spaghetti code.

The community will, as always, eagerly await your input on the next DLC should you feel ready to return. Take care!

@Diego Super Punch You're welcome dude. It's highly unlikely that this mod is the one causing this. Either way, I spent too much time modding that it has negatively impacted many IRL things, so I am taking a break. cant do anything about it ATM I will probably be back when the next DLC is released.

I'm sorry to hear you are taking a break from modding, but thank you for your contribution to the game as a whole, the quality of your work should be an example to CA's horrible cut and paste design.

When or if you have the time, I have discovered that Bandit Warriors cause strange and sudden lag spikes, even crashes to desktop when in combat, something I personally don't understand, but can only assume is something to do with their animations while this reskin is applied.

As such I've had to use generic, gross models for my Zheng Jiang campaign, but am enjoying all other packs with no issue!

Zhanma Jian infantry faces and hands dissapear in case of some factions since the latest update.
And BTW this is one of my favorite mods :)

-New boots for Tiger Guard and Hand Maid Guards
-Minor texture tweaks to Yue Remnant Warriors
-Minor texture improvements to Camp Crushers' breast plate
-Added a ton of variety to generic bandit units (backpacks, capes, robes, turbans, trousers)

@Candy-Sama - キャンディ様 I tested in custom battlers and I dont seem to have a dismount option for the hand maid guards. Try disabling some "mechanics overhaul" mods if you are using some and see if it does something.

Hmm, I'll look into it again, because it could also be unit disposition! :3

Idk if It's me(Because your reskin mods are the only mods I have related to unit skins), but I realised there's issues with the handmaid guard when they are dismounting and mounting up afterwards. my entire unit was frozen because 2 Handmaid Guards from that unit couldnt get on and was circling their horses over and over again.

@Chinalight Historic weapon model already does that. I won't do though because the models from that game looks very dated. However, I do use Tiger Knight units as references.
