@钟梦妺 在没核心地块上点下弹出地块左下栏你仔细看到有个+号敌国图标然后点之后会核心化，注意要花费政治伪造的话直接点红色图标但是不能马上点要顺从度之类的

One thing I hate about coring mods is that the only cost is just spending PP, when there should also be a factor for compliance, maybe 80% or even 100%. Thankfully this mod has it. I can't thank you enough.

Would this may the AI declare war more often? I like non historical sandbox, but the AI never justifies or declares war, so nothing happens.
