@MortimerCat LakeviewGlass is its own object since it ensures the shader that makes it transparent is applied correctly without affecting the rest of the model. I tried to make models like this all one object but in my experience it just leads to problems so I instead decided to separate the non-transparent object from the transparent ones. This is how I do it for all my assets that have transparent glass.

I spent ages searching for LakeviewGlass which appeared in my list of education assets. I eventually realised it was part of this mod. Just curious - Do you know what is it and why does it appear as a separate item. (I am looking at the extract produced by CSL Map Viewer).
