Subscribing will download and install it automatically. As noted in the Description, it requires the Live2D Module DLC to use. If you subscribed and have the DLC, you should find it in your FaceRig Avatars list (you may have to scroll down). I cannot give permission to use this Avatar for anything commercial as I obviously do not own any rights to it myself, but I have to imagine using it not-for-profit would be fine.
