@The man under your bed If I recall, after you placed it in the usermod folder, you just need to launch SFM, load any map, click the "+" button around the top left corner, click "create animation set for new model". at the "select MDL file"window, go to the "mod filter tab" and change the folder from "workshop" to "usermod", then just find the model you want to add to your session. all these instructions are from memory, so I might misremember some steps

Thanks for the help, i read through the article and tried. Nothing worked, I went ahead. Clicked on a model, Console says failed load of .VVD. I went ahead and renamed the .MDL file, to the correct name, but nothing happened. If yours work and if you dont mind. Can I have a copy of your files please? @BaconMan2002

Still nothing working. I got no idea whats wrong, console is exploded with .VVD errors. Models wont appear, only their bones.

Probably, i downloaded the files from the link. Then placed it, inside the Materials and Models folder inside Usermod. But only the Katana and Yari appear, im not sure what is wrong.

Some pictures were made in SFM, including mine. I suppose something wrong in your end.

Do you have the matching normal map for the "Hideo" characters? They seem to be using the normal map for Takeo and it doesn't look right under certain light.

Моя невнимательность. Mod filter у меня стоял workshop, а сами модельки usermod'овские, поэтому я и не смог найти их).

Папки materials и models надо перекинуть в usermod. Если это было сделано, то скорее всего не стоит галочка на check subfolders в поиске моделей. В ином случае я даже не знаю, в чем может быть проблема.

Я может быть и не понял, но скачал архив —> распаковал его в usermod —> а моделек нету, хотя папка в окне поиска моделей появилась..
