Look up the top of your engrams screen. There's a row of small icons, you need to click the one with a roof and floor. Hmm yep I see it. augh i've fixed this so many times and it keeps coming back..
Uh, temporary solution you could use, S+ does make (all) engrams learnable on other maps. Not sure how long it'll take to get this fixed again. Thanks for reporting

so I have my own dedicated server where I have already made some progress. I downloaded the cross genesis 1 and genesis 2 mod, but I still don't see the engrams anywhere. I haven't purchased these DLCs. Can it be fixed or will I have to buy DLC?

Oh, I sorry. I realise the Dolphin is https://ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Astrodelphis , not https://ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Ichthyosaurus
You were on the right mod for the dolphin. They do not spawn on Ragnarok yet.
The magmasars have nests in the Wyvern Trench mostly. It takes a long time before the eggs spawn. About 1 1/2 hours. And there need to be magmasaurs near nests before they will spawn eggs too.
