This doesn't work on soil placed by the player. Gives the error that it needs Packable terrain.

Do plants grow through these like natural soil? I need a mod for low cost pathways between buildings, but it needs to prevent plant growth - so my paths won't become overrun with trees again.

Does this allow you to make packed dirt (as you would see on a dirt road in-game) or does this add an entirely new floor?
