I doubt AI Soldier's voice could capture the same energy. I mean sure, Elevenlabs managed to replicate Zoey, Louis and Bill's shockingly well from that one mod, but this is Soldier TF2. He likes to yell and scream and emphasize how patriotic and American he is. And the AI will definitely just make him come off as calm and level-headed, which is not what Soldier is.

Well most of the lines are replaced. There are even conversations between the characters if you use the other classes in each map. Though, this was made before the Last Stand Update so there will be missed conversations and some missed lines from there.
