I even tried unsubscribing from everything else and it doesn't work.

I cannot download any of the maps. I subscribe to them and they don't show up in-game.

Forcing the other co-op player to suicide if one happens to die is bad level design in exchange for a fancy light bridge door. It is also claustrophobic and confusing to navigate.
