Hello Marslam ,this design was meant to be a movie ,comic book NOIR hybrid and not neo noir .neo noir was a collection of designs that its core idea and style was a modern technique used to revive noir films ,we used an anime style and it has a unique dna to it using neon cyber color schemes . This version has the same outline handpainted style but it is more focus on b&w comics ,movies that are known by NOIR wich were the first things to entertain people on screen also the concept art for them translate to something more raw as an art result because we use only 2 colors white and black..so you use the white for the light and the black for the shadow that was a challange we loved to take and we combined it with a 3d effect that reacts to in game light. More neo noir designs are not in our plans for now unless they are requested because we feel we already made justice to that collection and there are more neo noir skins not accepted yet into this csgo game .
