we do have train that look like that,however i cant recall ever seeing a diesel engine on those and to my knowledge the last car isnt motorised but rather controlls the engine pushing from the back

Is there a mod that provides EMU/DMU cars to be separately bought? I'd really like to build a push-pull train out of ED9 trailer cars with control car at one side and some diesel loco at the other side, just like Germans do their regional trains. Can you recommend me a mod? Or maybe you consider doing that? Anyway, thank you for answering my stupid question
