This building repeatedly disappears/deletes itself for no reason after a couple minutes. I haven't figured out why. It acts like it's connected to the road (boardwalk ped path that is just a fance 2-way road), and has no apparent issues. It then vanishes. Any clues? It's built onto a beach, but it's not like the water reaches anything other than the 'framing'. do I need to build the structure up higher or something?

As the items don't exit it fails to load properly, I had to unsubribe it as my game crashed

I only reuploaded this asset file. Its not mine. The asset creator deleted his account and a friend had save this asset. So we could give it back to the community

@cmdp1989 if I would know which assets he had in his workshop, the community could work together to share his content. We need to know the correct names of his assets and people who still have the files saved.
