I miss those good old days when you could upload GIF files up to 8mb in Steam artworks. Now limit is up to 5mb, which is sucks. Pretty hard, almost impossible to make a 5mb high quality GIF. When compressed to 5mb its just garbage. I hate steam so much, lots of gamers and presonally I have spent so much money in steam, and THEY cant even buy new servers to expand the storage of uploading gifs. Instead of that they make the limit even less.

I don’t think you can export things from wallpaper engine like that. If you know of a way and can let me know, sure. But there’s nothing I can do currently.

I don't really understand? The art isn't mine, so I guess you could feel free to find it and add your own effects to it (unless of course the artist asks for it to be taken down). If you copy what I do I can't really stop you, nor do I care, but I won't help you do that.
