@sonohead These are growables and not ploppable buildings, so unless you use mods like FindIt! and RICO you need to wait for them to spawn. If you have those mods, you can find them just by typing the name of the brand / asset in the search bar.

I've downloaded several of your pieces and I cannot find them in my assets. They show up on the main menu, but I can't find them once in-game. Any help would be appreciated :)

@Azrael01 Place it on high commercial tiles. You will need a mod like Plop the Growables if you want to place it anywhere without it disappearing.

New at cities skylines but when ever i place it, the building demolishes it self
