ugeeshi, I don't have a list of the changes, sorry. And you don't need to keep being subscribed to play your older saves. Once you start a save with an update, you're good.

ugeeshi, nope. Unfortunately updates like these aren't save game compatible due to the transfers etc. And you'll only need the latest version (this one) because all of our previous updates are all in this one.
