This is a video at 60 frames per second lasting 3 minutes. When I upscale images with Waifu2x I get large size PNG images, I like to maintain a higher bit rate in order to obtain the best possible quality. I've done several tests and with any bit rate below 25Mbps artifacts start to appear. Maybe for this particular video I could get a lower bit rate, because it's almost black and white.
