The mod adds 12 guns, doesn't change eny existing ones.
Just to be sure, I've checked randomly generated pistols, assault rifles and sniper rifles, and they were unaffected for me.
Would be a great mod if you found the time and effort to actually create your own sprites rather than edit existing ones.
Seriously every weapon mod seems to add new ones for no reason. I guess that doesn't make any difference for most people though.
