I’ve pretty much given up on keeping it up to date, CA and SFO update too often to keep on top of and I’ve pretty much stopped playing until it’s “finished”.
If someone wants to take over they’re free to do so the updates are pretty trivial just annoying to do.
Once TWII is “finished” and SFO is “finished” I will update the mod regardless.
To give an accurate run-threw as the weapon team fire their volley the game freezes then shortly crashes. I've notice that no "volleys" are shown when they fire their weapons the explosion is shown on the tip of the firearm but not the "missiles" themselves going to the target.
I do hope I was able to translate that poor creatures' attempt at the English language.
ooohhhh....After typing this comment I just realized I don't have the CBE original mod installed. WHOOPS
In the meantime you can use @Railgun's "original" submod you will just encounter unbalanced artillery notably when using with SFO.
No. I don't use CTT however if you go to Railgun's mod page it includes a guide on how to do the changes yourself. WH2 gets updated way too frequently along with SFO and in return CBE so it's enough just keeping this mod updated, maybe once the dust is settled and WH2 is officially "finished" I will consider making compatibility patches for other overhauls.
Will you be making a submod that includes compatibility with CTT?
Something is wrong with explosion radius of Plagueclaw Catapult...
The radius is so small or almost non-existent now that it's performing worse than Bretonnian Trebuchet, which is not cool.
I will ask this on SFO thread too.
@Goma I just updated it and it now does pretty good damage to Saurus Warriors, inline with SFO by itself. I also noticed new, lingering effects left after their blasts that weren't there before. Yay for more effects!
I remember they used to destroy Saurus so easily, now they seem to do much less damage.
Thanks a lot for your work!
I've already downloaded and benefit from Battle Effects full version :D
Cinematic Battle Effects is REQUIRED, it's optional submod "Proper Effects" is what this is but with SFO compatibility baked in.
