I am not seeing the new civilizations in the Town Center menus. Does this still work?

(Have the main mod) I don't see the additional Civilizations when I want to choose one from them

All of the new units and tech are at the end of my proto/techtree. Do not forget to add the techs to unlock the civs. I've put them in the town center

Hi i am just trying to add the units to my already custom proto i am having trouble everything is out of order not spawning when i click on it

Sorry to bother but I can't find the info I need on the mod's change log. I've installed the main mod and all but I can't seem to find a way to access these new civs. As I said, I also can't find any info about this issue. Can you please explain us more precisely how to actually access these civs? I think many would appreciate it.
