@beussta You're looking for the time offset mask on the Shake tool. I think I used a value of 220ish? Higher opacity/Lower values mean longer delays, and at max, there's no delay. You'll want to feather the mask to a gentle gradient, usually ending on 255. Not much I can say other than "you'll figure it out with a bit of practice."
