I found the issue with mine, i had the deadly reentry aerodynamics mod enabled, it overwrites the aerodynamics of the wings

just did a test flight + landing, they just worked fine
take off speed of 62m/s
did you have scripts enabled in the world?
if not, turn it on

did you have the wheels on parking brake?
if so, the pitch down may be caused by wheels that are locked when retracted

did you have aerodynamics mod?
if you have it, i haven't really tested with it on, disable it and try again.

otherwise, not really sure how to help you

Same here, it won lift off, had it up to 100m/s

This will make for excellent target practice for my new and improved F-14. Hehehe
