Anyone can use the mod, and as admins you can hand out the feats, recipes, items, etc., it is not restricted, but we won't be making adjustments or changes to the mod based on feedback or usage by others because it is a server mod and we use it for lore and content on the Maelstrom server, so anyone can use it provided they understand its main use is as a tool for us on Maelstrom. You can give the things out that you want on a thespian, but we will not make it learnable by everyone because it is restricted on our server and if we lift that restriction then all of our players have access to it.

This mod is not meant for servers other than Maelstrom.

Well i'd suggest give permission for everyone to use, so the content is spread widely to everyone else :), thats just my 2 cents of input :)

You can absolutely use it.

Professions first, then Bloodspeakers. But it is only really designed for use on our server. All an admin needs to do is give the person the Bloodspeaker feat.

also this sound really cool as a additional content to CE or other maps in CE Universe, in my personal opinion!

so if i combine this mod with professions, this should work just fine doesn't it? Also which should go first on the mod list order?

This is a server mod that is specifically designed and tested on the Maelstrom server.
