So, when are we getting an update to 1.2?

@Yayo I'd recommend switching this series of mods over to XML patches instead of overwrites. You probably wouldn't need to update much if anything from 1.0->1.1.->1.2 if that had been the case and this mod would probably work (instead of breaking because Rimworld added new required attributes for configuring royal titles, namely `awardGiverClass`).

Would it be possible to either get a version of this that stops at Consul, or to have the option to disable Stellarch and Emperor? Being a Duke or Consul makes sense within the game; Dukes control provinces or megacities, while Consul control entire planets, both of which are doable in the game. However, even with Save Our Ship 2, you can't take control of an entire solar system, so Stellarch doesn't make sense. And you being the Emperor is just completely bonkers, especially since you could theoretically raise multiple people to that level.

does this still work with the royalty changes (new ways to summon units) in 1.2?

@GreatPower1000 it isnt the emperor who visits, its the Stellarch >ruler of the solar system.

Actualy FTL travel was not invented so the fact that the Emperor is able to get to you so fast means he is within the solar system.

Rimworld is too small scale to become a higher noble imo, so being a duke or higher makes little sense, you rule a small colony not a planet, you don't have a fleet (at best a single small ship with Save Your Ship 2, or an even smaller cryo shuttle)
And the emperor himself isn't in the system you are in. He's light years away, so there's even less logical sense in this

Is it possible to disable Stellarch and Emperor? I'd like to only be able to progress all the way to Consul (thus enhancing vanilla. The Stellarch seeks aid of his most trusted Consul for the final mission. Being an Emperor and doing jobs for the empire makes no sense to me.)

@SCROOGE Same as vanilla. But because it's a vanilla-like system, you can call it once every 45 days for free.
