I have updated this mod for 1.12 - I have not tested this update so please let me know if you have any problems.

I created this mod for personal use about a year ago and I do not recall if it also removes the penalty. I was in the mood to upload the mod and I will let you guys know later if the penalty is also removed. Either way you no longer need to click to remove another annoying pop-up.
