1.3 update broke it :(

Now my pawns won't move and i can't use any speed above x1 (normal speed). Hopefully there will be an update soon enough.

This version works just fine in 1.2 anyways, just ignore the yellow warning.

Asking for an update for this when the very first line of the mod description tells you were to get a newer version... come on people. Use your eyes.

Really needs an update to 1.2. This is one of the best basic mods out there.

I would also love to see this updated for 1.2!

Can this include when tasks are interrupted by basic tasks like eating/sleeping/rec. Tired of watching my pawns mine a bunch of stuff to be halted by needs then wander off when there is storage between the work and their bed/food/rec/etc and it is not urgent that they need to fulfill said need that a small detour wouldn't kill them. I mean obviously don't include when bleeding out and are about to die.

I get a whole wall of errors trying to load the 1.1 version with the 1.2 game... It's a bummer that so many mods get out-dated with these updates...

With this mod, am I able to have the pawn haul back what it was farming at the moment, if it goes back near the stockpile? I hate when they leave wood or ore on the ground, before heading back to base to rest or eat.

According to the list of 'bad mods' [docs.google.com] that heavily influence FPS, While you're up (Continued) should be replaced by codeoptimist's Jobs of Opportunity (While You're Up) to avoid performance issues.

@HollowMonty, also implemented in mine, and intelligently as of latest release.
(My mod improves upon While You're Up, whereas this one is a 1.1 compatibility patch for the original, that I thank @HooDie for or I'd not have been inspired to create mine.)
@Polysorbate is techincally correct, and why mine uses 1.1's implementation as its base.

Someone that sounds smarter than me thinks that this is basically integrated into 1.1 so it's redundant.

This mod work with Pick up and haul and add more features. the mod is name Jobs of Opportunity (While You're Up). i tried this mod and it better than While You're Up (Continued)[1.1]

Any way you can get the to work with the 'Pick up and haul' mod? When then do hauling job normally, they'll load up there inventory like PUaH mod allows, but when they haul with THIS mod they only pick up the normal amount. Still useful sure, but could be more so.

Needs a small tweak to take sleep/eat/rec into consideration, seems to ignore hauling completely if the pawn decides they to want to do one of those things. Even if its not pressing.

@M.B. Jäger Dont run them together I had a great game I was playing and it broke 2 pawns who cant do anything without manual commands now.

@M.B. Jäger You should try "Jobs of Opportunity (While You're Up)" from @codeoptimist some coments before here, he changed some things to make it more compatible with stuff and has config options if you need anything.

@nihil: How about reading the descriptions of named mods? These mods are continued by other authors than the original author.

Hey HooDie and all. <3 Thanks for this update, it motivated me to fork While You're Up and add some improvements... but while doing so I found out 1.0 basically fully added and improved it, with only minor differences. So I made a mod exposing those vanilla settings instead, but adjustable for even more hauling opportunities. "Jobs of Opportunity (While You're Up)" A spiritual successor. Has Pick Up And Haul integration too.

@nurupo When that happens, as long as you have firefighting set to highest priority, you can draft and undraft your pawns and that will reset their jobs - making them go and firefight

If there's any change you should add, it should be a "prioritize exclusively" command so I can force a pawn to do a thing and ONLY THAT THING, no matter what's on the way to it for emergency situations. I've had pawns decide to do a little sorting before stomping out a fire and it's really frustrating.

An advice for searching answers to that next time, you can use ctrl+F to open a search bar, then write "save" and it will mark in the page all "save" it finds, if you do it here you can see in the description, if you didn't read it yet, says "Does not require a new save."
