Are you running the game with the mod active on a clean/new game? If it's applied mid game the mod will not work.
If the mod is active but nothing happens on a new game, please try unsubscribing and resubscribing to re-download the mod and re-enable it on the launcher playlist.
While the idea of diplomacy sounds great, I'm afraid that is outside my skill set to make for this mod sadly.
I think its a bit too much additional agents given the mechanics, maybe just doubling the operative given by upgrades would be enough (preventing very small nation to have 5 spies straight off)
it also can't be because the mod is disabled, the mod is enabled from the launcher so it's probably an unforeseen conflict
Looking at that agency icon mod, it does not use the files in this mod, so there is no conflict there. What do you mean by "debug's slot machine"?
what could conflict with this mod?
only la resistance mod related to agency that i have is immersive agency icons or whatever it was called
probably gonna be an ingame year before debug's slot machine runs out tho
The mod author has always updated the mod to the latest version. I recommend using that one.
