because the game treats harvested parts as "new" as funny as it may be to consider giving someone dementia on purpose.
Yeah, thats just how rimworld works, the amount of meat you get from a butchered corpse depends on the % of its body remaining, removing organs lowers the current %
should work for creepers now
this mod doesnt add any additional prerequisites for installing parts, in fact it hardly touches that aspect, all it does there is add additional options that allow you to replaced damaged parts.
any research prerequistes are either Vanillia, or another mod.

can parts be installed to them normally without the mod installed? im afraid i dont actually Play rimworld much these days, so havent encountered them yet
