+1
others prefer them larger you could try change the icons size in the icons.xml file after you extract whole mod as it does not need to run as .cat it is just packed that way for shipping so to speak.
Otherwise you would have unzip the icons as I said and open them resize them inside the square but don't resize the actual image.. just select all and transform them to be larger, save them as DDS format and re zip them a gzip.
It is a little tedious if the process if not familiar.
I have 2 minds about changing them, some people say they are too small/ some say they love them because the sizes fit what well with what a fighter class should be and its easily visible on the map that they are tiny little pee shooters.
Some other ideas I had were to use top down images of the actual khaak and Xen Ships and cut them out and use them as the icon pics but white obv, unsure on the art direction yet but I felt some of these could be improved and I also wish to try an address the size so we don't have to squint as much to see them.
Interesting you saying that, I was using that mod while I streamed it was working to you yesterday.
Sent request on steam for DM.
I checked and the icon does exist.
I don't patch it as there is no need destroyers already use ship_l_fight_01 vanilla icon which I replaced the image file directly, so if that does not work then NO destroyer icons would work.
From the XR Ship pack mod page, under Argon ships
No because I am using that, and with the way I have patched the icons in now its improbable that alterations too the macro files for the ships can impact it working, but for sanity I can add the mod as a optional dependency which should force this one to load after and this take precedence anyway.
Awesome.. this is great news.
I am middle of doing the same path fixes and improvement to the Vanilla Icon Pack right now.
