And with mods like Hospitality, guests completely ignore those VGP foods as well.
I know before Odyssey dlc dropped you could sell stews to just about any trader selling food and it could be traded or even gifted to guest pawns but nobody seems to be taking them anymore.
That said though, throwing stew at factions via drop pods does still give rep though

As for the Fruit Drink issue, if scheduling non-drugs is the core of the issue maybe there's an idea there for a mod to allow it? They added a category to policies for books, maybe someone could add a policy for recreational activities that includes foods?
I'm not sure about the stack size should just use normal stack size for meals.
