it comes up with fifa world division 6 has the wrong level should be 7. so i went into the editor and and change the level but then came up with this again but division t not 6 so i edited all the leagues so they have the correct level. but i cant change division 20 to 21 because it can only be between 1 and 20. also it says theres to many teams in division 2 and 5, it says the maximum is 22 and there is 24. please help it would be much appreciated

Yeah, people using 4.2 are having this problem as well. Not sure how to fix it atm

i tried that as one of the leagues started after the 10th it crashed straight away i havent tried other databases this is my first ever one lol, im 10 gmaes in on the 1.2v so i might just stick with this for the time being lol thanks.

Odd, do you have problems with any other edited databases? Only other thing I can think of if it always crashes on 10th july is to load one division from another league which starts later so you effectively start your game after the 10th. not sure the crash wouldn't happen again after a year though.

yeah i tried all that mate, managed to get the 1.2v working thats the only one but thats just crashed on me also :\

did you try loading fewer divisions/leagues? holidaying past the 10th? uninstalling and reinstalling the world league?

my game crashes and closes on the 10th july before i can even start a season properly, i didnt change any of the settings and i have a macbook pro thats 1 year old so wouldnt have any ram or hard drive issues, ive cleared the cache but still have same problem. can anyone help?

The main changes since 3.5 are

- two new cup competitions: The FIFA World Qualification Pool Cup and the FIFA World Development League Cup
- teams can play a maximum of seven foreigners in their match squad. This is to encourage teams to develop players from their home nation and to avoid situations where teams from Jamaica and Singapore have players from all over the world but no Jamaicans and Singaporeans
- no more World Trophy. The editor is bugged or something and I couldn't get this format to work. If things change, I'll reintroduce it

has anyone found the holidaying times terribly slow? it sits on the World Trophy match day for ages. Is there anyway I can speed this up?

I'm not posting a download link as it allows people who haven't bought the game to play. Better if you got your steam problem fixed then you could download all the other stuff as well

@tj-johnson: Yup, editor is bugged. It's a known issue.

@sandrageddes: Ignore the star ratings, it's notoriously unreliable. You have to test it yourself and see how it runs. If the speed is okay for you, great, if not, try with fewer divisions. Good luck :)

hey future, firstly I'd like to say what a great idea this is and i'm in love with the database! Sadly, I can't seem to get it running smoothly. Usually, I can play 3-4 leagues medium database with 4.5/5 star speed and performance. As soon as I try to play this database my performance and speed drops to 0.5/5 stars even with only the top league loaded! why is this, and is there any fixes? cheers!

World Trophy seems a bit bugged. I'm in my second season and i won division 1 and came runner up in the world trophy in season 1, but in the second season i'm not in the world trophy. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

@Gico: I quite like the one round because it allows you to race through seasons and I'm trying at the moment to take a team from the development league to the premiership but I know some people don't.

It's easy to change, by the way. Just open the file in the editor and it's on the first screen when you select a division.

I'm trying to think of a good format to add a sort of league-based cup competition to add some more games but not sure exactly how to do it yet

@afilmforthefuture you are right, I didn't give a thought about the newgens... the one round league seems to correct travel expenses, but 19 - 23 games per season in a league seems too low of a number to me

@afilmforthefuture, No files in the database folder as i reinstalled the game and the first thing i did was downlaod and install your file.
