To see all textures make sure you have HL2 both Episodes and CS:S mounted.

It's one of your addons, one or multiple addons are using too many decal textures.

cant launch the map at all it just boots me back to the menu mid-loading

these are the last few lines i get from the console for reference:

Warning: Table decalprecache is full, can't add decals/offwhtbrdc

Host_Error: CVEngineServer::PrecacheDecal: 'decals/offwhtbrdc' overflow, too many decal
