Nope but Havie has a mod called something like fervor ends that fixes it.

Would this mod do anything to help with the bug that is currently in the MoH campaign that causes fervor to never be reduced? Not sure if zeal is what it was called originally or what - I just got the DLC today, and wasted three hours in a MoH campaign with a never-ending rebellion across the majority of the map.

Been waiting for something like this....I want the rebellion to never end so I can feud until my hearts content. Nothing like waiting until everyone goes off to war then stealing their land!! I use all your mods btw and am a modder myself. You do good work sir.
