@zil Correct, this mod only applies to the NATO icons in game settings. When they're disabled, the mod has no effect.

does this mod only apply to a game when the nato icons have been enabled in game settings?
can i still use regular icons which are not nato icons if i have this mod enabled?

@Milt Willie Guzzler is an update necessary, or are you asking without even bothering to check if it still works on latest version? GFX-only mods don't need maintenance too often

maybe you need update launcher?
I remember that is new way in higher launcher versions.
or you can take other mods pictures and edit it.

Any "square" picture
renamed to thumbnail.png
put in folder
you dont need to change .mod file

Hi, for thumbnails: 1) Download or make an image for the mod (best size is 600x600 px) and be sure to be on .png format... !REMEMBER TO RENAME IT TO "thumbnail" OR IT WON'T WORK!
2) Go to your mod folder, open it whit notepad ++ and type under "version=XXX" picture="thumbnail.png"
3) Just update the mod...
